Order Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. This timeframe helps ensure your order is crafted with care and attention to detail. More complex designs may require a little extra time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times and can vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Shipping is FREE on all orders!
- International: Shipping fees vary by product and destination. Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping costs. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to countries outside of the United States. Feel free to reach out to us at info@straypetals.com. We’re happy to check if it’s possible to ship to your country!
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Returned Orders
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist you. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for refunds, but we’ll be happy to resend them, ;additional shipping fees may apply.
Additional Information
- Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or busy periods — we appreciate your patience!
- If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
In case your order arrives damaged, please email info@straypetals.com within 14 business days and include photos of the damage so that we can help you further. You can learn more about our Returns Policy here.
