We offer a 30-day return policy from your delivery date for any misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
Because each item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of product delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item, including packaging if relevant
Once we review and approve the claim, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund — your choice. There is no need to return the damaged item.
We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:
- Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or changes in preference
- Shipping delays out of our control
